TERMS & CONDITIONS
1- The interested participant shall have to register himself at least one day before the scheduled date and time of each session/class.
2- Limited seats are available and the allotment of seats at each yoga session/class shall be made on first come first serve basis.
3- The registration fees/package fees or any other fees once paid shall not be refunded/ adjusted in any circumstances.
4- Privilege of seating at yoga class and cultural evenings shall be given according to the cost of package purchased by respective participants.
5- Packages once booked in respective name shall not be transferable.
6- Please bring your valid ID card along with the online booking receipt at the time of your arrival at the venue.
7- Please ensure that the name on the ID proof and the booking receipt are the same.
8. This process shall be is governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the sites/services.
9. The General Day Pass priced at INR 2000 for Indian and foreign includes Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
